This Pink Sea Salt Chocolate Bar by Raaka is a fruity, complex salted dark chocolate to end all salted dark chocolates. Made with single origin cacao from Zorzal Cacao, a farm in the Dominican Republic, and sprinkled with Peruvian pink salt sourced from Salt of the Earth Co. Raaka paid $6.40/kg for these cocoa beans, which is more than standard Fair Trade prices. Full size bars are 1.8 ounces, also available in a mini here.
Ingredients: Organic cacao beans, organic cane sugar, organic maple sugar, organic cacao butter, Peruvian pink sea salt.
RIP Contents will biodegrade naturally, outside wrapper can be composted or recycled, inner liner is landfill bound (or you can use it shiny side in for freezer spells, just saying...)
