This 9" removable-head dish brush has a white teakwood handle and brush head, with stiff agave fiber plant bristles. It is held together with silver metal wire, and includes a small wire loop at the end for hanging to dry. Each dish brush head should last 1-6 months with proper care & handle should last several years depending on frequency of use. Brush head is 2.5" wide, base will fit handles with a 1.75" loop.
Care & Use: swipe on your favorite soap, then get to scrubbing. Rinse after use, allow to dry out in between uses. White teakwood is naturally antimicrobial but these will still benefit from an occasional dip in white vinegar to sanitize.
Replacing the Brush Head: Loosen with pliers to remove, push new brush head into loop, squeeze to tighten.
RIP at end of life brush head is & wood part of handle are fully compostable (teakwood will take awhile to break down), metal can be recycled with scrap metal.
